Downloading a profile

At ArriveConnected, we’ve reimagined how you connect to guest WiFi, moving away from traditional and often cumbersome captive portals. Instead, we utilise device profiles for a smarter and smoother experience.

What is a Device Profile? A device profile is a small file that, once downloaded to your device, configures it to automatically recognise and connect to the ArriveConnected WiFi network whenever it's available. This means no more logging in each time you visit a venue; the network connects as soon as you enter the vicinity of an ArriveConnected hotspot and remains connected as long as the network is visible.

With the profile installed, your device seamlessly connects to the internet at any venue offering ArriveConnected guest WiFi. It’s a set-and-forget solution designed to enhance your connectivity experience without the repetitive sign-in requirements of traditional WiFi access methods.

Downloading Your Profile To get started, simply scan the QR code in the venue or follow the link you ahve been sent. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install your device profile. This process requires only a few taps and will set your device up for automatic connectivity at any of our venues.

Security and Compliance Your security is our top priority. The ArriveConnected profile is designed with robust encryption and fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). There are no security risks involved in downloading or using the profile on your device. We ensure that your data is protected and that your privacy is maintained at all times.
